Ray serves as the President of Action Transportation, Inc. His responsibilities include all regulatory compliance with NYSDOH, NYSDOT, and NYSDMV. He is also responsible for all strategic planning.

Mr. Lasky practiced as a Certified Public Accountant for over 30 years. He also serves as President of Warwick Ventures, Inc., a financial services company. He has held executive positions in the healthcare transportation industry, including CFO of Response Medical Transport Company and Air Response, Inc., two related companies that delivered air ambulance, emergency and non-emergency medical transportation services.

Mr. Lasky established Action Transportation, Inc. in the spring of 2013. Ray obtained his degree in Accounting from SUNY@Plattsburgh in 1981.

Jimmy is the company’s Director of Operations. Prior to joining the company in 2015, James served as lead dispatcher for several locally based transportation companies. James is responsible for all daily operations, including dispatch, vehicle maintenance, driver responsibility, and scheduling. James is a U.S. Veteran having served in the U.S. Army during Desert Storm (1991-1997).

Edie is responsible for all the company’s marketing activities, including marketing strategies, communications, public relations, community events, client relations, and client advocacy. Edie has held the following positions at various senior facilities,including Director of Social Services at a large local nursing home, Coordinator of a long-term care Ombudsman program, and Director of an Adult Day Care program.

Other past employment include coordination of programs with medical facilities, local government participation and funding, and interpersonal development of customer and community relations. Edie has a Masters in Social Work.

Sage is the Director of Human Resources. She is primarily responsible for all personnel, employee relations, payroll functions, employee paperwork and government compliance, and she also functions as a liaison between the company and insurance matters.

Prior to joining the company full time in 2014, Sage previously worked as a case manager for a local large nonprofit organization.

Missy is responsible for the billing department. This includes all the company’s insurance,contract, and Medicaid billing and accounts receivable management.
Prior to joining the company in 2015, Marisa worked in the tourist industry for a number of years.

Megan is the Assistant Dispatch Coordinator and Administrative Assistant. She is primarily responsible for assisting the Director of Operations and President with all day to day operations and special projects including client coordination and relationships, and medicaid and insurance issues.

Greg is the Director of Operations for our Wheelchair and Stretcher division. Greg is responsible for all strategic planning, regulatory compliance and daily operations for the wheelchair and stretcher business. He has over fifteen years driving and supervisory experience with locally based medical transportation companies as well as CDTA.
