RAY LASKY
Ray serves as the President of Action Transportation, Inc. His responsibilities include all regulatory compliance with NYSDOH and MAS. He is responsible for all strategic planning for the Company including contract implementation.
Ray practiced as a Certified Public Accountant for over 30 years. He also serves as President of Warwick Ventures, Inc., a financial services company that serves as a horse racing stable. He has held executive positions in the healthcare transportation industry, including CFO of Response Medical Transport Company and Air Response, Inc., two related companies that delivered air ambulance, emergency and non-emergency medical transportation services throughout the world.
Ray established Action Transportation, Inc. in the spring of 2013 to provide medical transportation services to individuals who for one reason or another need a ride to their medical appointments.Ray determined this was a void for Medical recipients who required but not provided decent transportation to their appointment. Ray obtained his degree in Accounting from SUNY@Plattsburgh in 1981.
MARISA DANISE
Marisa is responsible for all billing services including the billing department. This includes all of the company’s insurance, contracts, and Medicaid billing and accounts receivable management.
Prior to joining the company in 2015, Marisa worked in the tourist industry for a number of years.
MEGAN MACMURRAY
Megan is the Human Resources Director and Administrative Assistant. She is primarily responsible for assisting the President with all day to day operations and special projects including client coordination and relationships, and Medicaid and insurance issues. She is also responsible for payroll, employee benefits issues and documentation.
STACY MACMURRAY
Stacy is the Dispatch and Trip Coordinator. She is primarily responsible for customer support, answering phones and coordination of scheduling next days client trips. Stacy is also responsible for day to day dispatch operations and interface with drives and clients.
Maddy Kilventon
Assistant Director of Human Resources | Customer Care Coordinator | MAS Coordinator
Maddy supports the Director of Human Resources in overseeing daily office operations and team coordination. She serves as our primary Customer Care Coordinator, ensuring all client questions and concerns are handled promptly and professionally. In addition, she provides backup dispatch support and manages MAS coordination to help ensure smooth, reliable transportation services.
Kim Lasky Compliance and Risk Manager
Kim is our Compliance and Risk Manager who ensures the company meets all regulatory, insurance, and safety standards. She oversees driver compliance, manages insurance policies and claims, implementing procedures that reduce risk and support safe, reliable service. Kim’s role helps maintain the integrity of our operations while prioritizing the safety of both passengers and staff.
Nikke Laquidara
Lead Call Coordinator | Client Relations Specialist
Nikke serves as the first point of contact for our clients, managing all incoming calls and trip requests. She oversees scheduling, confirms trip availability, and ensures every detail is handled accurately and efficiently. With a strong focus on client relations, Nikke is committed to delivering a seamless, dependable experience for every passenger.
Zahra Tlauge
Marketing Director
Zahra leads all marketing efforts for Action Transportation, focusing on brand growth, community engagement, and digital presence. She develops and manages marketing strategies, oversees social media and content creation, and ensures consistent, professional communication that reflects the company’s mission and values.
